Wide Wednesday Autumnal

I'd like to remind our host, Bobsblips, that it's a bit tricky doing an Autumnal blip in the middle of spring, but I guess that's part of the challenge.

I thought of the Halloween pumpkins I saw in the supermarket yesterday, but today was spent on the train and back to a meeting in the city with not a pumpkin to be seen.

I was hoping for some mist ("season of mists and mellow fruitfulness") but the fog had lifted by the time we got home.

So here is the service station in the autumn of its life. 
It has recently been sold and in due course will no doubt be replaced by something more modern.
 
You could be forgiven for thinking the weather looks a bit autumnal as well which it is.
