Wild Wednesday...Seed Head

Totally forgot it was Wednesday today, and was supposed to meet up with some of the local community photography group!! Oooops. Went food shopping later, a greyish day again and mild, the sun it trying hard to break through.   I still have some colour in the garden, but took some shots of the Helenium  seed heads, of which there are plenty, hope the birds will enjoy some of them.....thanks to Cailleach for hosting today :))
