Soooo healthy

We made a trip to Booths in Clitheroe today. Booths is Lancashire's equivalent to Waitrose. We have to go to Clitheroe as its far too posh for Blackburn, (though there did used to be one years ago where Tesco is in the Shopping Centre).
These veg just looked stunning. Far too good to eat. Health on a shelf.
