Woody
Decided to pack up work early today at 3:30 and spend an hour at Risley Moss. I've not been there for quite some time and wasn't sure what would be around. It looks as if they have only just started feeding the birds again at the Woodland Hide. It was fairly quiet, but I did see a few of the regulars - blue tits, great tits, one coal tit, chaffinches, a nuthatch, magpies, one blackbird and this lovely great spotted woodpecker. She stayed around for a while until a noisy magpie scared her off.
I had a fleeting view of a dunnock which is on my target list of unblipped birds, but I made a fist of the shots and they were not good enough to be blipped. I'm sure I will get it next time :)
