Bourn Mill

This is the open trestle post mill in our neighbouring village of Bourn. It is the same type as our Gransden Mill which is nearly completing its restoration.

This one stands by a public footpath through the mill house yard. My walking group paid a brief visit this morning on our damp, muddy walk. Jack and I always mean to go to one of their open days but so far haven't managed it! Next summer....
