Rusty Cougar Cat Phototherapy

Kathy and I used our Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) Light for a couple of mornings now.

It will become routine for us over the next 4 months of short winter day light.

We'd forgotten how pleasant it is to sit and bask in the light for 30 minutes while enjoying a cup of coffee together.

Rusty Cougar Cat sat with us for the whole time this morning.

He knows a good thing when he sees it, even if it is a bit strange.
