Dance rehearsals

This is our daughter doing one of the warm up exercises, and not an integral part of the choreography for her next dance show. At least I hope so, as I think it's plenty complicated enough without the dancers having to do some contortions as well.

Otherwise a quiet day, spent mainly in the house with the kids recovering from their party yesterday.
