The world grasped; Terry Stringer (2006)
A busy day, and then out to Peer Review with the group this evening. Our host for this evening took us to the Claddagh in Newmarket. Thursday nights is quiet in Newmarket, and in the Claddagh. Meaning we had plenty of space and quiet for our discussions.
As I drove along Broadway, I had to stop for traffic lights. Which gave me time to look around and I saw this sculpture. I went back after parking, and got my photo, before meeting the others. Not far away is a utility box, which has been painted with a version of this image. Rather less striking than the sculpture on which the painting is based.
As usual, our discussions were wide ranging and informative. It is a good group to be part of.
