Number 2

Number 2 on my list of favourite hills. You notice I said hills, not mountains.

Those of you who regularly follow my blips will have no difficulty guessing the identity of number 1.

This one is Whitbarrow, on the north side of the Kent Estuary and opposite Arnside. It is a grand huge lump of limestone with many paths and is good for botany and butterflies.

A perfect Autumn day. What a pity Mrs.K. had to be in a meeting.
