360-degree feedback

Today‘s shot just acts as my reminder, that today I had the 2 hours meeting with the external coach to discuss my personal results from the 360-degree feedback process we did at work. The point is to collect and compare the feedbacks from one‘s boss, colleagues, subordinates and the self-evaluation.

All in all no big surprises. We had an interesting chat about the „internal action logic“ and what Harvard presents as the 7 types of leadership:
- the opportunist (5% of leaders)
- the diplomat (12%)
- the expert (38%)
- the achiever (30%)
- the individualist (10%)
- the strategist (4%)
- the alchemist (1%)
