Respecting the vote

The new bar near work with the daft sign writing has also introduced some sort of vote, a referendum if you will, using cigarette buts. This has the dual purpose of resolving an important binary issue while encouraging their smokers to avoid littering the street outside.

Of course it does mean that non smokers are disenfranchised, do hopefully the important binary issue doesn’t affect them.
