Spot the difference...

Not quite the bright fresh green colour pictured - still, at least it tastes good (coconut, courgette and other green veg with some chilli and spices).

Took my new shoes (and the dogs) back out for a run on the hills - still loving them although I was definitely feeling it having now been out 4 days out of 5 (after 3 weeks with no running at all).
