Wedding cake

(Hopefully) we are going to my nephew's wedding this weekend and I'm making one of the tiers of his cake. My tier is gluten free.

Clive has gone to Gloucester hospital. He wanted me to go with him but the cake takes priority.

I feel a bit guilty. 

I went for a walk with Millie.  It's such a beautiful day.  I found a bench in the jubilee woods and listened to the last few chapters of "Three things about Elsie" It was moving and I had a little weep before pulling myself together and getting on.
