All An Act

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

Another day of not very much. I did have a man in to fix my plumbing but the most exciting thing about that was being able to get the holiday washing done when he left!

The rest of the day was spent being edged off the sofa by Murphy who had decided to ‘dogspread’.

I went out for a bite to eat with a couple of friends (mums I have kept in touch with since EMP was in primary school). It was a nice, gentle evening. They are both lovely but occasionally the chat can be quite work related and a little on the serious side which makes me feel like I’m pretending to be a grown up. It doesn’t come naturally to me!
