Charlie Dog

It's been a while but this morning I had the company of Charlie Dog.
We went for a walk in Clissold Park on a lovely autumn morning. 
S joined us and between S and me, we managed to quieten Charlie enough to enjoy a coffee and a catch-up in the sunshine.
I then collected six saplings (I won in a ballot) - I've potted them and put them on the window ledge while I decide where I will "guerilla plant" them. 
I've started packing for my San Francisco trip. I'm celebrating this fact with an Anchor Steam beer from San Francisco's oldest brewery.
