Alcalá del Júcar

A full day trip with U3A..... close to 12 hours....from door to door.
Coach trip to Albacete Province to enjoy the delights of this small town .....which has grown up in the limestone gorge of the River Júcar ....

We had a local guide, Ruben, who really knew his stuff..... geology, history, architecture, religion and 20th Century social history.... worth his weight in gold!
