36 inches make a Yard

Has to be an indoor quick blip today. Rained all night (so I'm told) and only just beginning to brighten up. Worse further north than here and certainly in the SW.

This 1 yard long measure belonged to my father, before the days of tape measures. Made of wood with brass joints and hinges.
