Shins
Seeing these all lined up when I got to the gym made me fear for the future of my shins (they are boxes you jump on or over in workouts). Luckily they'd been set up by one of the coaches doing their own workout, he was springing over them all like they weren't even there. Still, our workout included 150 box jumps (onto a 20 inch box) so that's 150 terrifying moments of "have I jumped high enough". No one left bleeding so that's a win for tonight.
