The rainbow lorikeet was unusually low down hanging on the tree trunk, usually they are so high up the tree the zoom lens is necessary, not this time, he/she wasn't timid at all, there is a nest in the hole of the tree, he/she was standing guard for a while then disappeared down the hole.
