More gifts from not so afar!!!

Our younger son got back late Saturday night and brought us these yummies from Japan ... green tea wafers and something else in the pink box that I'll open when we've had the wafers!! Lucky us.

Today we're mourning the death of a dear 42 yr old friend who passed away suddenly last night, tragic. The circumstances are unknown and we are just devastated. He leaves behind a wife, who just left for the US the night before, only to arrive there to find out her husband has passed and get on a flight straight back here. Can't imagine what she must be going through. His 2 teenage daughters are holding up amazingly well ... We're devastated. They are a missionary family serving here and China.
