Hazel Nuts!

A different kind of seed today!  Collected a load of hazel nuts from my Hazelnut tree this morning  -  last year all the shells were empty, but this year nearly every shell has a nut.  This Summer's weather must've suited it:)  The flu jab nurse yesterday remarked on how well I looked and how I'd managed it!  Well, some of that has be attributed to hazel nuts, because hazel nuts have vitamin E and vitamins B. Vitamin E maintains healthy skin, hair and nails. The B vitamins are important in proper cell and energy metabolism. Hazel nuts are also a rich source of potassium, calcium and magnesium  -  all good for maintaining good health and regulating a healthy blood pressure.  All necessary ingredients for daily blipping methinksâ˜ș Of course, an occasional glass of Merlot helps too!
HERE is a Spring blip I made of the tree.
