Feeding the ducks?

We got visitors to Yorkshire late last night. Late because it had taken them 7 hours to travel from Bristol! Eda seemed to take it in her stride and had her bath at 10.30pm and then managed to sleep quite well.

It was lovely to see her this morning and, as it was again such a glorious day, we walked up to St Ives and around Coppice Pond to see the ducks and swans.

Here we are sitting watching the ducks and Eda isn't sure if she is going to share here biscuit with them but lots of others were up there feeding them today.

In the extra she is meeting the cygnets who were very small when she came in June. The picture is taken just before one made a snap at her. No harm done she was just a bit scared, more by Grace shrieking than anything else.

We are so lucky to be getting these lovely Autumn days.
