Lemon Meringue Pie

Ages ago The Dadski and I were discussing our favourite puddings and I said I really liked lemon meringue pie. I thought he had forgotten, but after a ride out to Macclesfield with Big Bro I got home to a massive, absolutely gorgeous pie! This is why I married him!
