Lens cap envy

Well my chances of blipping the gold finches were well and truly scuppered by the appearance of Honey (neighbours cat)

With my cover blown I realised that she was mesmerised by the lens cap dangling from my camera and I managed to get this shot seconds before she pounced, took a swipe at the camera and left me sprawling in an unlady like fashion across the patio!

It was beautifully sunny this morning and I did have a quick hike over the fence to take some shots of the cows and sheep that graze on the land behind our garden, but I wasn't entirely happy with the images I captured.

Pete talked to Rafi's Dad yesterday afternoon and it seems that Rafi might be moved out of Intensive care this coming week.... this is good news!
