Change is inevitable and it cannot be stopped. When you emotionally invest into something, there is a moment of hope that expects it to remain the same over an infinite period of time. The car, the house, the family, the friends, the precious loved one that you hug so dearly... but it changes, it's a little hard to swallow but that's the truth. Although change is natural, you're not alone in thinking, "Why? What for?"

There is hope that keeps you going. For whatever it is, the eventual slow dive into despair or "the greater plan", I suppose you have to trust hope.
