One for the pot

No not the cooking pot, I don't like game. I just saw this as I came back from a walk round the village and liked the way the sun lit up the pigeon against the blue sky. I also noticed that the pigeon was sitting right in the middle of the chimney pot without falling in, I guess the house owners must have installed some kind of hidden grid in the chimney top.
I also took several photos of the flood damage in the village but after looking at them I felt that it wouldn't be right to use someone's misfortune for my own entertainment and I did feel very sorry for the people who used to have a small babbling brook at the end of the garden and now half the garden is under a gushing stream and the allotments that looked like a series of swimming pools with vegetables floating on them - all that hard work wasted!
I am keeping out ou MrPn's way at the moment, he is upstairs installing a new desktop computer because our old one is out of the ark and really slow but neither of us are IT wizards and trying to transfer all the data from the old computer to the new one is proving rather tricky judging by the blue language that is coming through the ceiling :-)
