Sun bathing?

This cute little things was on top of the pergola, and making the most funny small mewling noises. The extra I took through the greenhouse window.
I am not sure it if was a young one, or was it injured in some way, or even just enjoying the sunshine, and I disturbed him! He looks more red than grey to me though, so perhaps he is just young!
