Sunday Roast.

Today has been a lovely relaxing day. I had a very long lie - in to make up for the fact that I'd only had 7 hours sleep in total the previous two nights. 

Once up I had a wander into town, then just chilled out until it was time to visit Jeri, Paul and the kids. They (Well, mainly Paul!) cooked us all a lovely roast dinner - the first I have had in ages. It was truly delicious, and I was so stuffed i could barely move afterwards! 

I took this photo so I had something to post on Facebook the topic this week being steam or smoke. This is steam, fortunately - not smoke!
