Letting our hair down <3

We went to our friends engagement Party....

It was so lovely to be able to go out as a couple to have time together to remember what it is like to be young.
We both love being parents but breathing time is essential. We had a laugh with friends we haven't seen for years and even had a cheeky boogie was good fun.

I remember the first time we ever left our children and remember this heavy guilt feeling washing over me for being out but i think i know realize that it's OK to have time out away from being a parent 24/7 . Gives me and my amazing man time to reconnect.
