Autumn at it's best!

Defo my favourite picture of today, even when we ventured high up. Up to the Pischahorn, which is with 2'981m just 19m short of being one of the "threethousanders". 

A fantastic day out! 

We saw a weasel already dressed in white for winter and several chamois - Djeili really freaked out about these but she was thankfully on the lead. 

I managed to complain only a little on the way back when my knees and feet were hurting. The three little toes on my right foot that I hurt when falling down the stairs a few days ago were not so happy. 
Djeili is also a remarkably quiet dog tonight.
