Gadwall Ducks & Friends

It was a beautiful afternoon for a walk to the lake. The Gadwall Ducks are there with the Mallards. I think they are a beautiful patterned ducks; I call them elegant. I wonder how much longer these lovely sunny days will last; it is October and the rain will be arriving too soon for most Oregonians.
