New Visions

Lo and behold ... there was this strange light in the sky today. No fog or moisture of any kind was in evidence and we had a lovely spring day. At photo group we tried an exercise wherein we left our meeting room and wandered about the adjacent park in search of shop worn subjects into which we could breathe new life using unusual angles and out of the way techniques. Here is an old lamp post, no more than a few centimetres away, being lit by a midday sun - with just a touch of yellow filtering.

Please forgive my apparent absence lately. I have really been slammed with commitments as things happen. I plan to catch up with your journals over the next few days.
