The first man on Mars comes across an alien.  Though maybe the astronaut is the alien, the other a native of the land.

In other news: I had a GP review this morning, we waited for one hour beyond my appointment time before being seen. Still he is very good and thorough. After leaving the surgery we went to Nero for a drink and porridge, as we were feeling peckish. It's years since I've eaten porridge, in fact not since my childhood, Ann says it's for you so I tried some. It was OK.

I discovered something new today - coffee is the number one best food and/or beverage for a healthy liver, who'd have guessed?
