FRA Relays

My first time running this event, and can't believe it's taken me this long! Held in Grasmere by Ambleside AC, the race attracted almost 200 teams of 6 runners. Really great to be able to catch up with so many people and cheer on as people ran by. I ran for HBT leg 3 - the navigation leg - with Oleg Chepelin. Really good fun and thoroughly recommend the race if you get a chance.

Blip is Haries first leg runner Sasha coming neck and neck with Keswick, winning first leg and changing over to leg 2.
