Nikki Pilates

Half Term this week, so no pilates class. So to avoid being seized up come the following week I went to the Studio to do and individual class with Nikki. 
Nikki and Lindsay ( Niks work partner ) have quite a thing going between them with : Eggs/apple juice/ quince, so I left laden.
Another glorious sunny day here, which reduced the tedium of waiting for buses/waiting for a driver.
