R and I are in the same boat - have turned coughing and spluttering into an art form - luckily the lady sat next to me at Communuty Choir practise had a copious supply of menthol eucalyptus sweets - which kept us on song this morning

Later whilst in Silsden barged into a shop to stock up on medication - am now taking the tablets
