I think this constitutes a traffic jam in Puerto Banus, Marbella - when the millionaire next door can’t edge his super-yacht out into open water. This wasn’t today’s finest hour, wandering (briefly) around the hyper-commercial waterfront - excess isn’t attractive, although it can be pretty.
