Now that IS a cheesy blip

Off to do a week of building work for WonderA in Edinburgh tomorrow.
So today has been spent doing chores here, including eating up all that would go off while I'm away, including this cheese.
But this is no ordinary cheese, it is a flavoursome, crumbly Lancashire from Booths, and I really didn't want to see it go...
