Cassoulet
I only had 4 hours sleep after last night's night shift so consequently i've not done too much today. I have however managed to concoct this casserole using some Toulouse sausages i got at the Good Food show last year that have been languishing in the freezer ever since. I've thrown in some butter beans, leek, smoked lardons and the obligatory red wine to name but a few and it's smelling rather good.
Tomorrow i have a meeting with my financial advisor and then i can make an informed decision. Watch this space!!
