My mum's art

Was doing a bit of tidying round at my dad's this afternoon and came across my mum's old sketchbook. These paintings were inside.

I have seen them before but am still amazed by how good an artist she was as it's not something she kept up as a hobby.

These were done in 1949 when she was 18. Unfortunately I have not inherited the artistic talent!
