Fruity!

My friend Margaret and I had lunch out today in Glasgow using one of those Itison deals. It was a great lunch and very good value. A cocktail aperitif, followed by a salmon mousse amuse-bouche ( I could have eaten a plateful of them!) , then this lovely melon starter with forest fruits and a berry sorbet, a salmon fillet main course and a shared dessert of a chocolate cheesecake and a lemon posset.
A treat to be repeated!
