Perth Skyline at Dusk
Well a bit of it! Here we have here St Matthews Kirk, St, Johns Kirk and the Council turret bit at the corner of the High Street, Tay Street, that was in the firework shot last night, taken from across the river on the Bridgend side (as opposed to the Jersey side - any Bruce fan will know this song, one of my favourites of his - Jersey Girl!
It should be a shot of all the purchases I would have made at the Country Living Christmas Fayre in the SECC in Glasgow - I had been asked to go and have a meal afterwards, but there was no-one available to look after the wee dog, so I had to say no..... shame though cos it's a fab shopping experience.
Sooooooooooo, instead, after walking Breagha, I headed to TX Maxx for some retail therapy there:-)) There is always something just asking to be taken home - haha ....... and........... a packet of Jelly Bellys, love all of them apart from the cinamon, liquorice and some brown one with a taste I cannot describe - YUK. Currently munching my way through the packet.........
So quite a productive clothes shopping weekend - the *perfect fit" jeans (Gap jeans seem to be made for my shape) and black fitted trousers for work from GAP.
TK - lovely fitted pencil knee length skirt for work and cashmere cardi, black handbag, tights, socks, body lotion, vanilla candle - spent a fortune but figure I am worth it - :-))))))))))))) All I need now is a pair of shoes for that LK Bennet dress for the Christmas party season and a new pair of long boots to wear with my skinny jeans - oh and a new blue quilty jacket to replace the one I lost at Lanzarote airport:-(((( Maybe get that stuff when down in Leeds/Manchester in 2 weeks time....................
