Garden in autumnal transformation

I took this photo on my way yo change my iPhone because of the battery problems I had been experiencing. On way to Doncaster my son pointed out that when I got the new phone to back up, these photos would not be on my last back up. By the time I had got home with my new iPhone, no longer red but space grey, the light had gone.

The wonders of technology had intervened as the photos had been picked up by my iPad and so I kept my old (new) phone’s final blip. Not the best blip in the world but a nice whimsical story.

Had lunch with two good friends today which meant it’s been a good day all round. Now settling in for a night of European football,
