Cinema.

Went with #1D to the new cinema in Speke retail park and was quite bowled over (and disoriented) by the lighting in the foyer. I can report that the auditorium for screen 8 is excellently furnished with reclining comfy armchairs, and that the film we saw, "A star is born", is excellent. I highly recommend it, though take tissues for the ending. Much better than the 1976 version with Barbra Streisand and Kris Kristofferson, and I thought that was good.
