Walk in the Woods

A rare opportunity for a solo stroll.   Jamie was happy to have a quiet afternoon following his riding lesson this morning (extra pic) so I headed off on the train to Dolgoch and climbed up through the woods to the upper falls where I sat and read for a while.  This view is part way up where the walk flattens out for a while, sylvan woodland, peaceful.

In other extras:  Talyllyn No 6 Douglas, 100 years old in it's RAF livery and on the way to riding we passed through Llwyngrwil, a village that has more than it's fair share of crochet fanatics who produce amazing artworks every year.  The quadbiking sheepdog caught my eye today :-)
