Trees almost ready for leaves

Here is a pix of the completed tree armatures.  I painted them a dark brown.  The last step before leaves will be to dry brush some light and dark gray onto the trunks to break up the color.  And to look "righter". We will see.  Then the final step will be to shoot them with dilute matte medium and sprinkle on some scale leaves.  Have not used this product before so have my fingers crossesd.  Will use two colors - one light and dark for most of the tree.
