A Wednesday Waggon ....

Another day of cattle and lorry chaos. Spent the morning sorting out cattle next door, including moving the 23 bulling heifers that got mixed in with the next door field of cows thanks to the shooters not shutting a gate on Saturday. Added them to the 12 Hereford X one’s and let the Angus bull in beside them all. That should keep him happy for a day or two !
Mr McSporran in for his lunch in the passing under the guise of looking for fat lambs. Just as another load of cattle slats arrived. And just as the postman’s van broke down in the middle of the yard and had to wait for the AA to turn up !
Back next door to tag calves then back home just as JasonT arrived with his low loader to collect the digger and dumper that Jim M had doing the garden and sheep pens jobs last week . So all in all a busy day .
