I keep one of these in the fridge and “one on the go”, hoping to drink more water. Whether I drink enough is questionable. Luckily Bournemouth water is excellent with no after-taste. Saves a fortune on bottle water (which we used buy).


(Sorry, still catching up with all your recent blips, busy few says. May take a few days to catch up).

NB Summer just departed. Cold front heading down. Damp and cool now. In Brockenhurst for doggy walk with bro and sis in law. Not really dressed warm enough.

Final tally 17,500 steps, 12.7km. That’s my record so far.
