Summer section of seasons mural

The impressive work stretches across the length of Ingram Street Car Park. It depicts the Scottish seasons in a countryside full of wildlife and was created during Glasgow's Merchant City festival in 2013.  The use of seasons is slightly ironic, as Glasgow often experiences the four seasons in one day! Australian-born street artist Sam Bates, a.k.a. Smug, continues to adorn gable walls in the city, having developed a photo-realistic style that earns him commissions at locations around the world.
