Bed at 3:30 up at 6:25
Cannot beat a good nap...
Worked all day from home which meant I could walk.... feeling a tad tired at 20:00 and then the phone went off... Back in work.. everything sorted now, it 01:30 and I’m sat in the canteen on my own sipping a coffee... need my bed lol
